Samadhi in all the chakras – Bliss in all aspects of life
Keep grounding, it’s not going to slow down your momentum or kill your excitement.
Keep noticing your feet, even when extreme bliss hits you in the face.
This I promise you; it will not limit your insights and heartfelt connections! If anything, it will enhance it.
The chakras Muladhara(root) and Sahasrara(crown) have a connection for a reason. They got an excellent relationship and work together very well when they are equally valued. To ground yourself you also need to meditate, and to meditate you need to be grounded. Or without the needy part; you ground to meditate and you meditate to ground.
Is it not more enjoyable to fly (connected with Sahasrara), when you know you’re going to land safely (connected with Muladhara)?
When I feel safe, I enjoy the present moment because there is no future I need to take care of, fix or prevent. And this kind of safety is enhanced when I have trust. And for this sort of trust I have to go beyond the bodily and physical sensations of safety and into something invincible; a belief.
And the tricky part here is when you go deep into this “invincible something”, you will realize that this is also you. Without or outside a body. This is also reality. And if this is true, we do not need any material matter, including our body. This insight can be extremely liberating and terrifying at the same time.
The body and the mind will go: “Oh oh..we’re gonna die!” and the soul goes: “yeeehaaa!”.
So how do we go about this?
Union. Union, understanding and respect for all parts included. Honest and clear communication between body, mind and soul. A daily or weekly board meeting if you will, where every section gets to express their current desires and obstacles, and together as a non-bias team will find which aspects of the wholeness to promote and support this period.
And in whatever mood, situation or period you find yourself in, I encourage you to see every chakra, every part of you, and all parts of the world as equal. There is only one value, and everything that you can ever imagine contains this value. It can’t be more or less, you can only choose how you want to experience it.
I invite you to leave the thought of “final enlightenment”, “ultimate Samadhi”, “total bliss”, or “eternal happiness”, and rather find these qualities in each chakra, each part of your day and in every creation on this planet.
May every employee in your firm be heard, may every being you meet on the street be recognized for its heart beating and not for its appearance, may all your judgments be caressed with love and understanding and may joy surprisingly show up in places you thought joy were banned.
Namaste
